[Panel]-Eyedropper tool cursor is not changing to pick up the color in XD.

Hi, I downloaded adobe xd last week and started to use it. Eyedropper tool to pick up color from the screen was working normally. But now when I open adobe xd and click on the eyedropper, nothing is happening, cursor is not changing for picking up the color, nothing.. ? any advise?

We are sorry to hear you are having trouble using eyedropper tool. Would you mind sharing the OS and XD version of your machine? We would request you to please check the latest update to your graphic card driver and see if any updates are available.
