unable to drag and drop items into adobe apps

Recently I found out that I cant drag and drop images/text or any file to Adobe xd ( I have tryed also on photoshop and illustrator and it doesnt work either) 

on other apps or just in my computer i can drag and drop, but when I try on any adobe app I get a sign that it is not possible. i saw a discussion about that but non of the answers helped me.

i am using Windows 10 and all my adobe apps recently updated.
