Unable to install XD, getting error dont't have access to manage apps

Hi. When I install Adobe XD to my desktop - first time, page opens with msg: Do you want to allow this page to open “Creative Cloud Desktop App.app ”? I clicked Allow.
Then on Creative Cloud, msg appears: You don't have access to manage apps. Permission from your administrator may be required to enable apps management." Then what/where?
