Unable to open XD stuck on logo screen on windows machine

Question

Hello. I have a problem with opening Adobe XD. The program does not load at all. Only a window appears with the Adobe XD logo. I tried to reinstall, 4-5 times, but without results. PC on windows. Does anyone know how to solve the issue?

Hi @владимирг92063133, I'd first also try to uninstall/reinstall Adobe CC app (not XD) if you haven't tried and then as I see in this conversation ( https://community.adobe.com/t5/adobe-xd-discussions/adobe-xd-won-t-open-on-windows-10/td-p/10527363 ) I'd try reinstalling this way:

" Right click on adobe XD on the start menu-> settings -> Repair/Reset/Terminate (didn't work) -> Uninstalled -> Restarted PC -> Installed from CC. Worked " as @Manohar1121 suggests. If any of that doesn't work I'd suggest contacting support via https://helpx.adobe.com/support/xd.html Hope this helps!
