Question

When trying to open Adobe XD, it crashing.

Adobe XD keeps crashing after I open it

We are sorry to hear you are unable to open Adobe XD. We'd like to investigate the issue, could you please share the Adobe Logs and Crash dumps by uploading them to a shared location such as CC or Dropbox and share the URL with me over a PM or here? Please share the version of XD and the OS of your machine. Have you tried the steps suggested in this post: https://community.adobe.com/t5/adobe-xd/troubleshooting-adobe-xd-crashes-white-screen-on-launch-on-windows-10/td-p/10602095 and see if that helps?
