XD app Problem

 

 

I am just starting training with the XD program and a problem appeared when opening the program. In these three Screen Shots illustrate the problem

    Sorry for the inconvenience caused , Could you please let us know the following details for better understanding of the issue?

     

    1. Version of XD you are currently working on?

    2. OS version in which you are facing issue?

    3. Can you please share us the logs using https://helpx.adobe.com/in/creative-cloud/kb/cc-log-collector.html  when you see the issue next time
