XD45,i cant import video

When I want to import a video, XD hasn't responded for a long time, the top menu bar can be clicked, and the left toolbar can be clicked but cannot be used. The canvas area on the right is completely unresponsive.
I just upgraded to XD45, using windows10.
Excuse me, are questions like this my case?

      Hi Atul_Saini 

          Thank you for your reminder. I originally used the online GIF to MP4 website to suppress the video. There may be a problem with the format. After I rendered the video in x264 format with PS, the video can be imported normally. Thank you very much for your help.
