DirecTv NFL Supercast with Adobe Air - Problem - HELP

I am attempting to download the DirecTv Supercast feature so I can watch NFL Sunday Ticket online. I am unable to get Supercast to work via Adobe Air. When I attempt to download Supercast, I get an error message (see first screen shot) that states, "The application could not be installed because the AIR file is damaged. Try obtaining a new AIR file from the application author." After I download Adobe Air from the Adobe website, it installs fine; however, if I attempt to install Supercast after installing Adobe Air I get an error message (see second screen shot) that states, "The application could not be installed. Try installing it again. If the problem persists, contact the application author. Error 2032." I have the latest Adobe flash player. I have already viewed DirecTV online FAQs and called customer service… neither have helped resolve the issue. I have uninstalled and reinstalled all software numerous times. I have also attempted the installs with all firewalls off. Nothing has worked. I get the same problem on 4 different computers (3 running Vista and 1 running XP). Anyone have any ideas what the problem might be? Thanks for the help.

Hi. I am in the UK and am also unable to access the Supercast.

Can somebody PLEASE email me the files - and/or any directions I need to use the VPN.

I am extremely frustarted and hoping somebody can please, please, please help a fellow football fan and paying Directv member!

Hi there, The same story as the other guys, I am at Spain...

I already got the AdobeAIRInstaller.exe from Adobe´s website, did the installation and looked good, but the Directv flash-thing keeps telling me errors etc

Can anybody get me a hand sending me the files?

hi im out of the country and have been trying to get supercast to work. Ive downloaded hotsootshield so i was finally able to download supercast. But now for some reason when i click on the games or highlights it doesnt let me watch it. Any suggestions?

Now that you have the VPN, go in and delete the all files related to the adobe air and supercast. Once that is complete, download them again while on the VPN.

I've been having the same problem for 2 WEEKS! Yargh! Luckily I was able to find a website to watch some games this weekend but it was really slow. I'm in the Philippines too - anyone else here? Can someone send me the link to mattyg_00@hotmail.com ? Thanks a million!

matty hotmail addresses won't accept the email i send out. you're gonna have to give me another email address if you want the air file or maybe someone else on the board can try sending to him.

I got it installed, but still cant see any games???? when i click on the games it goes to the game, but no picture

your supercast hasnt been updated, and your ISP is blockin it. you'll need a vpn google hotspotshield and it'll allow you to run supercast behind it to update and it'll play the games for ya
