I am trying to install Adobe Gaming SDK 1.4, which I have NEVER installed. I cannot install or download it from Adobe CC, as it shows up as 'Up to Date'.Adobe CC does not even give the option to uninstall this non-existent thing, as it says "Uninstall Unavailable'.I cannot Install the Gaming SDK. I cannot Uninstall the Gaming SDK.There are no archives or download links on the internet, so the only way to get the it is through the Creative Cloud that doesn't work!I'd appreciate any advice on how to fix this problem.Thanks.

Good day! My Air application for Android and iOS, can download and save MP3 files into cacheDirectory. Then on desktop, using "openWithDefaultApplication‌" I can easily play those saved MP3s by windows default mp3 player.However I can not do the same job, to open cached MP3s by default MP3 player on Mobile (Android / iOS).Any help would be appreciated in this case? Shall I add any permissions? Shall add something in the manifest? or what.Thanks a lot.

Hi guys,I have following issue. My company developed a game with adobe air (AIR SDK 17) in Flash Builder 4.6. We released it for android and ios 5 month ago. The Android cert was made in Flash Builder. Since the 3.10 the google play service doesn't accept any payment method from this app. Now I tried to upload a new build with the newest AIR SDK (19). But now the developer console tells me that I have not signed the apk. I have not changed the package content or the cert. And the ANE I used have not changed. Even when I build the apk with the 17 AIR SDK.Has anyone a clue what happened since 3.10?Thank you very much in advance for your answer and have a nice day.GreetingsRobert Arndt

Hi everyone,I am running into a strange problem, I developed an app using Starling and Away3d and everything worked perfectly fine and my app got published to the Apple app store but a lot of people reported that when the Apple push permission popup comes when they first open the app then the scale gets all messed up. Can it be that when the native iOS popup appears then wrong screen sizes are reported? But the strange thing is that I tested it on all my devices but this issue doesn't come it is only reported by the users who downloaded from UK or USA stores.Currently I have deactivated the app. Have anyone had similar experience or anyone can identify if it is something Apple related or Adobe and what can be the solution to it? I have been trying to install the the Lens Profile Downloader for LR6.  I can download the version for Windows 7, but I keep getting the following error message.Should the AIR files for Windows and MAC be identical?  I have not run a checksum on them, but they are both 1016 KB long.

Hi,I have trouble to upploading my Mac app. It's produced with Flash Pro (version 15) and Air Desktop (version19, Mac)When using Application Loader I get the following message: Application Loader is unable to upload your package. The Info.plist in the package must contain the CFBundleVersion key.I have checkt the info.plist and the xml-file and of course the version number in AIR, they are all similar. Do anyone knows about this problem and how to solve it?? Please let me know.RegardsYlva

I am programming in AS3 on latest AIR.I have a bunch of DYNAMIC text fields on the screen.i decide to change one of them to type INPUT, and was hoping that once I did that the blinking caret would appear.I used stage.focus = myfield to set the focus, and yes when I type, characters appear, but no blinking caretseems like a huge weakness in AIR that it doesn't expose an API or a methodology for controlling the caret. I dont' see any way to make this work. I can create a field on top of my field that works, but then once the user scrolls the page my block is left dangling. I sure would like not to have to create dummy layer-above text fields, but so far this seems the only way. Is there some magic trick to controlling the caret?

Hi, I'm trying to include a framework inside the ane, this framework doesn't have the usual structure, I've noticed that ios 9 sdk has differently formed framework folders. Anyone has done this with this new ios 9 sdk? it keeps telling me what it says on the title.This is the platform.xml<platform xmlns="http://ns.adobe.com/air/extension/19.0">  <sdkVersion>9.0</sdkVersion>  <linkerOptions>  </linkerOptions>  <packagedDependencies>  <packagedDependency>ExternalAccessory.framework</packagedDependency>  </packagedDependencies></platform>Using Air 19 sdk for everything.

Anyone has worked with the new framework files? they are not the same structure as before, and I think the ompiling of ANEs is failing because of that. Or at least, can someone help me get the ExternalAccessory.framework file from iOS SDK 8.1?? Please, I'm running out of options.

Hi I have a number of apps that have run perfectly on the iPhone to date.I just updated to IOS 9.0.2 and now they open to a black screen. If I double tapthe home button it shows as a pane with a mini icon and the app name so it wouldseem to be running.Has anyone else come across a similar problem and found a fix?CheersRichard

Hi,When using AIr 4.0.0.1619, I get again the "PackageExtractionFailed" when installing my iOS builds through command line. Till then, I was getting this error from time to time, but it was disappearing eventually, generally by deleting the app manually on the device. But now, I get the error all the time on my various devices, with different targets. It seems that ipa-debug-interpreter curiously works though, but all the other targets (interpreter, adhoc or appstore) generate this error when installing with the ADT command.I updated my iTunes to the latest version, just in case, but no success.Right now, I found a workaround by using the iFunBox application, but of course, working with ADT would be much handier.May it be due to the update of the new Apple SDK files?Any help will be appreciated. I've created an AIR 4.0.0.1090 captive runtime app for both OS X and Windows. Upon launch, the app fires off an undesired ping to airdownload2.adobe.com. How can I stop this from happening?
