3d Modeler does not start Windows 10 I9 processor Raydeon Pro 580x

I have the new release version of of 3D modelor.  When I try to launch I get a white screen with heading that sits for a bit then closes.  No message.  The log file says the Radeon is recognized and running discrete mode.  Fails to load startup screen seems to be the last entry.

System is I9 processor, Raydeon 589x with vram 8gb system ram 128gb.

Running fully updated Windows 10.

This is a bootcamped Apple iMac 27.
