Installed successfully but when tried to start app it gives me error message "doesn't work with your internal Intel GPU" please use external one 😞

I dont have external GPU card :((

BTW Blender, Maya, 3DS and other software that I have tried all manage to use internal GPU and work just fine!

Please make  Modeler work with internal Intels GPUs!!!!!

That's the problem with these big software dinousaurs they don't want to support older hardware, they just want us consumers keep buying newer and more powerful hardware every year together with new versions of their own software 😞

That is how they stay in business, collusion between software & hardware developers 😞

I'm not surprised but disapointed I had same issue with Microsoft not letting my PC upgrade from Windows 10 to 11 because accourding to them my CPU is not supported! :((

Which turned out to be total BS cause I managed to do clean install of v11 (ironically using their own official work arround install hack) and my Windows 11 is working perfectly fine 🙂

I've tested on my system with these heavy complex software ie Maya, 3Ds, Modo, Blender, Zbrush etc all working just fine even with warnings to use external GPU for better performance !!!

So I'm sure that light weight simple Substance Modeler can run on my system just fine if they would just allow use of internal GPU!!!

my system is from last year, but alas, integrated graphics and AMD just to be a rebel haha (AMD7840U). No work arounds are there?

In common with the other Substance 3D packages only dedicated GPUs are supported. I've attached the system requirements for anyone searching on this subject.

It's completely ridiculous to require a RTX 3080 GPU as optimal. There's something wrong with your programmers if you can't design this simple program without using every system ressource just by modeling. In Blender you can model without having these problems.

For clarity - the software does not require an RTX3080. It recommends the GTX1060 as minimum, recommends an RTX2080 and lists the RTX3080 as the optimal system.

Similarly Blender, which I also use daily, lists 2GB VRAM as minimal, but recomends 8GB (it does not list an optimal).

I do not work for Adobe, I am a customer the same as you.
