Creative Cloud - not letting me run Substance 3D Modeler

I have full creative cloud subscription and work with Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects and Substance Painter on an iMac and a MacBookPro. I have just started paying a second subscription for the Substance 3D suite.

Substance 3D Modeler only runs on Windows - for the Oculus headset.

But when I try to run Modeler on Windows machine it wants me to log out of Creative cloud on one of my Macs - this might be OK if the Substance 3D software was actually part of the CC subscription, but it is not and cost extra.

IMHO if you have one Adobe ID for both that can apply this rule https://youtu.be/M5AcuugFG-8

Substance 3D software is on an extra subscription and I do not want to keep deactivating one mac every time I need to use VR

But the activation is on the same ID. That ID can be activated only on two machines concurrently.
