Laptop for Substance 3D

Any reccomendations for a Windows laptop that can run Adobe 3D apps?  I'm especially concerned about getting the right GPU.   Laptop is a must for me.

In looking at the system specs for the various apps it seems that GPU requirements drive the choicesfor a computer configuration.  Stager rendering uses only NIVIDIA for example.  Also, i am assuming the specs listed in under the system requirements for the apps are for destop GPUs and hoping that the same named GPU (e.g., Geforce RTX 3080) in the laptop version would meet the requirements.  Probably a biig assumption since benchmarks are generally lower for the laptop versions.

Also, how about the NVIDIA geforce RTX 4080 which seems to be a newer version of the 3080?

 I've used my older MacBook Pro to run all the Substance 3D apps (except, of course,  Modeler).  Looking to move to Windows to run various apps not avialable on Mac.
