Can somebody let me know how to bring up a layers panel in Modeler so you can see the layers you have created .... I can't see any option for that.  So you click on create a new layer.... where is it ?

Thanks.

The new "layers" method is "not great"

I get what they were trying to do, but even Medium had a layer list that just worked.

If you have objects inside of objects, its too cumbersome to try and scope in on something... or iof your making something really elaborate... same dealio.

Bring the layer heirarchy back!  Its desperately needed.  I would say this is the one feature I'd want most in the next update.

I agree that this is a needed feature.  It should also list which layers are in which groups and provide a means of naming both layers and groups.

Please review Adobe Substance Youtube channel where you can find how is organized layers in Modeler.

Also check help about layer. Layers | Substance 3D Modeler (adobe.com)

Hope this will be helpful.Thanks

There isn't a way to see a list of all the layers currently. When you create a new layer, you are automatically focused into that layer, and the Clay tool should automatically be selected so you can place clay immediately.

Modeler uses the concepts of Focus and Scoping to move between layers - you can learn more about how to navigate the structure of the scene here - https://substance3d.adobe.com/documentation/md/scope-and-scene-structure-225970956.html
