Not Switch to VR mode

I can't switch between desktop mode and VR mode in 3dmodeler and I can't use VR mode at the moment.

I am logged into desktop Oculus and connected to the Vr headset with cable, but when I open 3D Modeler nothing happens in my VR. The problem occurs with my new quest2, my last quest works fine.

And the Md app icon does not appear in my oculus-library. Other software such as Adobe Medium is there.

Is there a way to set this up and how can I fix it?
