Does I have to convert my trial to purchase/buy to get access or do I need a "Team" creative account / OKTA?

That particular link appears to be broken. However, if you scroll down the list on the left side of the screen you can twirl open a list of Interface pages which should give the detail you need.

I'll see if I can find an Adobe staff member to flag up the broken documentation link

That is the same documentation Ares.

Follow Getting Started > Desktop Quick start guide. Scroll down to The Interface and look at the link next to 'Learn more about Modelers interface here'. The link is broken and takes you to a log in page.
