Substance 3d modeler won't start.

I have been trying the successive updates to 3D modeler since the first public beta and none of them work on my workstation. The app starts, shows a blank screen (see attached screenshot) then quits without further notice. My current workstation is AMD Ryzen based, are there known limitations towards that?

I thought this was odd since I nolonger use my Wacom table. I searched and found the drives where still installed and after I removed them Substance Molder now works.

Hi,

Could you post the logs please?

Your logs should be in
`C:\Users\[username]\Documents\Adobe\Adobe Substance 3D Modeler\Logs`
Modeler requires a discrete GPU with at least 4GB of VRAM. What graphics card do you have on your workstation?

Hi, thanks for looking into this! I was starting to lose hope.

I also do have a tablet: Huion Kamvas 24 Plus GS2402 as well as two other screens.
I haven't tested running without the tablet, but I will and then report.

We are investigating the issue. We are unable to reproduce the issue so far, but we have some clues on what could be wrong. Unfortunately, it means I cannot provide a workaround, or give you an estimated time for when the fix will be available.

I have same issue with latest version 1.12.0 (Windows 11)
