Adobe Animate 2024 crashing after creating new document

Hi,

I am facing an issue. I have just installed Adobe Animate on Windows and as soon as I click to create a new document it crashes. Is anyone facing the same issue?

Just had the same issue, fresh new install of Animate today. Crashing as soon as I try creating a new document, and I've tried at least 5 different ways to create a new document.

I've sent the crash reports to Adobe and uninstalled. 😕😕 What a shame

create a new user profile and install/test for that user.

We are on CC for teams and each user profile needs a licence to use any apps, so not sure that it's worth the trouble. It's not ssential for us, the project I'm working on is not in great need of animation, I just thought to add a bit of interactivity to it.

It's still not great, especially if people use it as a main tool.
