Constantly turns off by itself. How to write to Adobe that its program does not work?

Listen, I see a new version of Anime for Mac Selicon has recently been released. But still nothing works. I install it and crashes start in 10 minutes. The program crashes and that's it. I'm paying you , understand how much. Can't bugs be fixed? These are critical mistakes, not minor ones

@Gizmoduck

I'm confused by the pronoun 'you' used in your reply to my message.

I just wanted to let you know that nobody at Adobe listens to Animate users any more and linked you to a thread where you could read about the current situation with this popular piece of software.

If you need Animate for work, it's probably worth investigating how to downgrade your MacOS or even better - use Windows on Intel.

The more exotic hadware and OS you choose, the more compatibility issues you will have with legacy software. Mac fans look down upon Windows, but Flash 8 and all of CS work quite well on Windows 10 and 11 to this day.
