Hands-On tutorial does not work!

I used them before and they were super helpful. Now when I try to open them it says "This Hands-on tutorial in not available at this moment". I have tried relaunching, restarting my MacBook Pro, I undated my operating system...still nothing. Please help.

Have you tried to uninstall Animate and reinstall it?

yes i've done that, I'm on a course studying for the Animate 2021 exam, so have both the latest version and the long term supported 22.0.8 installed now. I've tried it with just one or the other installed too.

There are 13 of us on the course, 5 of the other students have access to the full set of tutorials, the rest of us have only had the initial 6 since we started 2 weeks ago. There doesm't seem to be any difference with the installation for those who have access to them all, we are all based in Ireland, it's confounding!

Still seeing this message.

except for 6 of them installed when animate installs, the rest are downloaded (slowly) in the background.

Hi Kglad i have the same issue, i have left my animate app open for hours every day for a week, still the tutorials aren't opening, nothing has downloaded. i have tried all the suggestions here https://community.adobe.com/t5/animate-discussions/can-t-open-hands-on-tutorials/m-p/13011089#M354886 with no luck....
