how do i add actions tab to the bar in animate, its not there and i cant find any help on it

On the top of your window, click the menu button "Window" and then in the dropdown, select "Actions". A window will pop up with the actions tab, and on the top of the actions window, you can click where it says "Actions" and drag down to the bottom of your window until a blue box appears. Let go of your mouse and it will dock the actions tab onto the bottom of your window.
