How to make tutorial window larger?

How can I make the tutorial window larger and move it to the second monitor?

This would greatly improve the UX.

Right now moving the tutorial window is kind of broken. It would move a little, then stop, like as if getting stuck on something. Anyone else experience this?

 

The tutorial itself is decent

Hi.

 

There's no way to enlarge those windows without some kind of hack as far as I can tell.
