I couldn't download Adobe Animate CC...

In downloading Adobe Animate CC, you need to first install the "Creative Cloud" application right? So after I signed in to Creative Cloud, then I had to wait for it to download. After it was done downloading, something popped up on my screen saying exactly this (I have the picture for it): I don't really know what it means,any help by chance?
