Hi everyone, what is the best way to create a proof of multiple Html banner ads created in Adobe Animate.I have to send hundreds of adverts to a client, but they dont want to have to unzip each one and double click on the Html file to preview.I know there are a couple of platforsm thet offer this service like Adpilier, but does Adobe have a solution for this. Kind regardsBen

I made some animations in Adobe Animate. See attached Animation.gif. When I publish, and play them in a browser on my desktop, I average about 47 FPS. When I play them on a smartphone, I get about 20 FPS. In both cases, there's visible lag and jerkiness. The project is set for 60 FPS.  60 FPS is just a test. I don't intend for the final project to run at 60FPS, but even if I drop it down to a more reasonable 30FPS, both the desktop and smartphone still have lag and jerkiness. My guess is that the problem is caused by the fact that these animations are made out of complex objects, with a large number of lines, and the computers trying to run the animations are having a hard time calculating the location for and drawing each tiny line. Digging around online, I can see that Adobe Animate supports caching vector images as raster images at deploy time. I have an ActionScript 3 and i cannot select a Font Style on any Fonts i have, I've tried OpenType, TrueType, and Post Script. I have the latest version 20.0 I ahve un installed and re-installed. and i am still having this issue. Reported it as a bug what wanted to see if anyone with macOS Catalina was having similar issues.

I can draw in photoshop with my tablet just fine, and at the beginning and end of this video i draw with my mouse just fine. But when I draw with my tablet it just makes a straight line?? I am drawing an animation using an iPad Pro. I want higher quality and I believe Adobe Animate is vector. Is that correct? If so, how much would it cost per month to use Animate on my IPad Pro and what is the best app to export to compile my animation? 

I'm creating an HTML5 Canvas project which has multiple embedded videos using the Video Component. How can I trigger an action (for example, to have the timeline gotoAndStop to a different frame) when the video reaches its end, or alternately when the video reaches a certain frame?

This is happening to many of my symbols, but I'll stick to one for clarity. I have a rig. I created a head symbol for the rig. The head symbol has two rows in the timeline; one is for a happy face and the other is an emotionless face. I use the correct symbol. But when I play the animation back, the faces begin to switch between happy face and emotionless face every other frame. My goal is to have just one default frame being used unless I change it. This is happening to my hands and arms as well. I spent two hours last night trying to figure it out. It's a recurring problem and I can't figure out what's causing it. I even went into the frame picker and picked the correct face for each frame...only to have many of them revert back again. Is Adobe playing a prank on me? Is there something that I can do or stop doing that will avoid this? Are there any good resources on learning more about nested symbols and frame selection that would help me understand the issue that I'm having?&nb

Hello, All! I'm a complete novice, so no advice is too small. I've had years of experience in illustrator, inDesign and Photoshop, but am completely new to adobe animate, after effects and premiere pro. Recently, I've been trying to create a board game in Adobe Animate. All I want to do is have the player be able to move their game piece on the gameboard. I'm a teacher and am trying to make games for my kids during this COVID-19 crisis. I've seen lots of tutorials about Draggable Elements, etc. and nothing I do seems to work. I'm pretty fast at picking up on things, so I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong. I know there is an easy way to do this in ActionScript, but do not want to do it this way as it will not be sustainable. Help!!! Thank you,M

I downloaded adobe animation to try it out. After a while I realized it wasnt for me. I had issues canceling my account and thought I had done it. I just got charged again for it and I'd like a refund. I havent used it since the 1st day I downloaded it. I dont have the money to keep using it.

Hi,My pc automatically updated adobe animate, and while I'm working, it had been crashing since then. It sometimes happens when I drag the keyframes. I was wondering if the problem happens because the update is not compatible with my pc or if it has to do with a storage problem of animate since the file I'm working on is around 2000-3000 KB and about some of my files are about that big as well. I would love to know what the potential problem could be. I'm pretty new to the technical stuff so please bear with me. Thank you.

The tutorial seems simple enough.  You choose the boy trekker character, select a background, insert the keyframes, create the motion tween and then move the background to create the illusion of a boy walking.  Every time I follow the steps though, my character is walking in place as if he's on a treadmill.  I have tried Adobe products in the past but never spent much time with them because I wanted products that were less frustrating.  However, almost every YouTuber I admire tells me that they use Adobe products when I ask them what they use and so I want to stick with it this time.  Please help.

Hi everyone,I've got a problem with Eraser tool. I use Wacom Intuos Pro and a performing desktop for Animate Last version. What's it happening? Eraser gets a delay/lag. I attached a video-clip. And p.s. none eraser ploblem on laptop MSI GE75 Raider.

Hi everyone! What would be the highest quality render settings (format and preset) in Animate? I will be importing the files to Premiere for edit, and so far I can't seem to get good quality and there's so many settingd to chose from. Previously, I would import SWFs to the older version of Premier. Thank you in advance!P.S. I'm using a pc if that matters.  

The lip sync tool stopped working after the last update. It is not possible to select the mouths that are within the frames.

I recently got an XP-pen drawing tablet with windows 10 and immediately got back into animate cc but when I select the brush tool there was no option for pen pressure, I searched the properties bar and the tools bar and couldn't find it anywhere, it was there when I used my Wacom tablet with windows 8 but for some reason isn't working here, I saw somewhere that I just can't use it because of the tablet I'm using but I want to know why.

Hello, and I am here to say.... HELP!!!!!!! I can't import screenshots from my clipboard properly. It just goes weird. I am one of those people who are a fan of Animation .vs Animator and Crazy Errors, so it is really annoying that I have to go to Paint and save it and import it from a local file. Can someone help me? I have created a character and animated the walk cycle in the center of the stage. I now need to put this character in a backdrop that I've created and have him move. I would like for him to walk into the frame from the left.  The problem is I don't know how to move the character within the space without going into/changing every keyframe in the walk cycle. I come from premiere, where I would call the solution "nesting" the sequence so I can move, scale, and rotate it without effecting the walk cycle animation. I've created symbols for each of the body parts (followed a "draw with Jazza" tutorial) so I can't make the entire piece a symbol (when I try this it says you can not put a symbol within a symbol).  Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Hello, I made a rig! It's my first one, so I'm running into a few obstacles. The main one is that I can't figure out how to make my rig stay together. All of the body parts are graphic symbols. But they aren't connected, as I haven't found any wayt to connect them (Is this something I should use the bone tool for?). So any kind of tween that I do with the rig ends up with it breaking apart into several different pieces and not looking very natural at all... Any tips on keeping my rig together are GREATLY appreciated. I have the same problem after updating to version 20.5.I click the visemes frame AND NOTHING HAPPEN ! I double click it nothing happen!Refering to the image below, when I click the "Ah" frame, nothing happen and I CAN'T SET UP VISEMES!Previous version of adobe is ok.. i can set the visemes normally.. Is there any problem for version 20.5?HELP ME!!!!!

When i paste in anything or draging a frame in the timeline it starts too loads regardless if it's blank frame or if it has a illustration in it. this was not a problem until the "20.5 update", it takes 5 seconds for it to paste in.i tried to restart the program but it still acts the same, might be the Mac being old but that shouldn't be a  issue if it worked fine in the past versions of Animate.

I have the new 20.5 version of Animate and I can not be in the object drawing mode when using the pen tool. In earlier versions, I would use the pen tool in the object drawing mode and fill it with a color and it would be a draw object. The entire object would move together (stroke and fill). Now it is always a shape mode. Also if have the drawing mode (because I do have the button on), the pen tool will not stop when I go back to where I started. It also would be nice if the draw object botton would also say "on" or "off" like it did on earlier versions.

Below is what I get when I try to Edit > Keyboard Shortcuts.  I get this behavior for Adobe Animate 2019 and 2020, but the Keyboard Shortcuts window works properly for Adobe Animate 2018.  I'd really like to put a keyboard shortcut on (among other things) the Fluid Brush Tool.  My operating system is Windows 10 Pro.
