"the scene cannot be loaded into memory. The document may be damaged."

I was working on a animation frame by frame on animate, i save the work and then I went to sleep

when i wake up the other day i try to open the file and a error pop up "the scene cannot be loaded into memory. The document may be damaged." then i try open the backups and all the backups have the same error "the scene cannot be loaded into memory. The document may be damaged." EVEN THE RECUP-

 Is there a solution to this or did I lose all my work?

i need a fast response this is for a work for school.
