13.0.1 Version Parametric EQ Problem

When using the graph and trying to adjust the eq using the numbered dots, only the dot moves.  Blue line and resulting eq effect does not function.  Fortunately I also have 12.1.5.3 still loaded and it functions properly on the old version.

What's up with this issue?

Okay, answers:

1) Yes, we know - there's a bug - it will be fixed in the next bug-fix release.

2) Because Adobe, in their infinite wisdom, decided that a flat forum structure was the way to go - so no separate sections, no FAQs, no easy way to navigate anywere, and a whole lot more besides. Nothing we can do about that, I'm afraid. All you can do is tag your thread.

Next bug-fix release?!? Seriously? This pretty much renders this version 100% useless... How can you work with audio without an EQ? Why keep it available for instal?
