2x Playback with JKL Key for Adobe Audition

I agree with you. And there are a lot of other basic staff which you cant do in Audition. I started editing a podcast last year until then I had very little knowledge of Audition basically used it only for noise reduction (sent files directly from Premiere) I thought it would be an easy task to create a multitrack project and edit it entirely in Audition since it is an Audio Editing software. But to my surprise there are a lot of limitations compared to premiere, like not being able to normally duplicate a multitrack  or to have a template (with intros and outros and ads) and just copy it the way I do in premiere and a lot of other stuff. The last thing which killed me was JKL not working the same way, with Shift scrolling slowly and being able to go very fast through entire project when you hit it a couple of times. Now I just do the rough audio editing of each track in audition (denoise, compressor, EQ, gate sometimes) and then import them in Premiere for a better file structure (archiving purposes) and for my sanity. Maybe people who only edit in Audition find it ok the way it works now but not the people who are used to Premiere. Honestly I cant belive these 2 software are from the same company.
