I have a 24 inch wide straight across edge of screen to edge of screen not diagonal across, Its 3840 x 2160. I have it set on 250%.

I click new file,  click new audio the box that comes up says new audio F... and is less than 2 inches wide by actual measurement on my computer screen, I can not read or do anything because it is so small. I have been running 1920 by 1080 to be able to everything in Audition come out where I can read and do something with it.

I am setting up to make some educational videos and want the maximum quality that I can get.

What do I do where I can run 3840 x 2160 display settings and be able to read and record the popup box and other areas of Audition I can not read or work with now?

I clicked update and said Audition is the latest version.

Thanks

Frank

CS6 is by no means the latest version. It was also the last 32 bit version of Audition.

We are now up to CC 2018 v 11.1.1.3. So unfortunately there is nothing that you can do in that version of Audition to get over the problem on newer HiDef screens. Running at 1920 x 1080 is all that you can do. The character and panel sizes are coded into Audition, which wasn't expecting screens with such a large number of pixels 5 or 6 years ago.

The latest versions do cater for large pixel count screens and can resize the graphics to be better suited to new small HiDef monitors.

But which version is it actually? Go to the Help menu and click on About Audition to find the actual version number that you are running. Also are you running it on a Mac or a PC since they tend to handle graphics differently.
