AA CC 2019 Can't open old session files

Question

Just upgraded from AAV3 to the latest AA CC 2019 and now I can't open any of my previous projects, I get 4 error messages in a row -

The code execution cannot proceed because MSVCP71.dll was not found.

The code execution cannot proceed because SharedControls.dll was not found.

The code execution cannot proceed because AuditionUtil.dll was not found.

The code execution cannot proceed because UIToolsShell.dll was not found.

It suggests I uninstall and reinstall , done that and the messages still appear and I can't open any existing projects. Any ideas ?
