Hi,

I recently tried to log onto my account with my old school email.  I was prompted to reset my password and to do that I have to go to my email.  I no longer have access to my school email since I've graduated.  How can I access the products that I've purchased on that old school email account?

    I'm afraid that we have no ability to do anything about membership or registration issues - we are a U2U group. The only way to deal with this is to contact Adobe directly.
