Adjusting speed of song

Question

I have a problem , I have downloaded a song at normal speed now I want to speed it up to 2x (double) then I want to post it on youtube and view the song there at 0.5x (half speed) so in effect , the song should play the same as normal speed . Please Help . I assume that it is a problem of frame rates .

If you double the speed of a song, and play it at the same pitch, half of the information in it has to be thrown away. If you doubled the speed and the pitch, then it would sound okay when slowed down again - you haven't been forced to throw away any content information.

And for audio content, doubling or halving is a big shift.
