I check my bank and Im being charged $31.35 Canadian on June 30th for Adobe Audution (Which I haven't used in years).

I log into Adobe and it says I don't have a subscription for anything.

    How can I stop this?

"Contact" is useless. There is an icon for a headset which one would assume would be to speak to an actual person, but nope. So now I'm on a thread with possibly nobody (last used in 2017) and  HOPING somebody will help me and I can get my money back! GOOD GOD, is there a PHONE NUMBER?!?!?!?!

Ryclark was correct - and it's still true. There is absolutely nothing we can do about this, except to repeat the advice above. Oh, and contact your bank and tell them. If it's a direct debit, then you should be able to stop it by contacting them directly; they are not obliged to pay out on it, after all. At least that might provoke some sort of response from Adobe...

Unfortunately we are just a User to User group on this Forum so can't help you with your problem I'm afraid. The only way that you can sort this out is to speak to Adobe customer support for your area. Do you already have an Adobe account that this subscription was charged to?
