Adobe Audition

Adobe Audition is picking up system sounds when using Discord(and everywhere else) and I don't know how to stop it from doing so.

*Edit: People can;t hear themselves through my mic, but they can hear when I play youtube videos and such. So it's not really 'system sound' per se, it's just weird.

You need to check what source Audition thinks it's recording from. What would help a lot would be a fuller description of exactly how you have this set up...
