Adobe Audition 2019 and PreSonus Quantum 2

Hi,

I updated to Audition 2019. When I switch the hardware settings to my PreSonus Quantum 2, after clicking OK, Audition appears to freeze and then just disappears after asking me to submit a crash report.

I reloaded 2018 and have had no problems. Any ideas how to get this to work in 2019?

Can't believe I fixed it by holding the shift key while restarting 2019. Now it works!!!!!

All that means is that somehow, your Audition settings got corrupted, and by starting with the shift key held down, you've reset them all to 'vanilla' settings. I don't see what's quite so unbelievable about that...

I should also mention I'm using Windows 10 Pro, fully updated on an HP ZBook Studio G5.

Then submit the crash report as in the FAQ Audition Crashed. Now what?

Fine, but did you actually submit the crash report, as a bug doesn't count as an 'improvement', as such.
