ADOBE AUDITION 2020 hanging and crashing all the time its really useless now how come? Using OMEN 15 with 9750h 16gb ram, 1tb SSD, rtx 2060.

If you are getting proper crashes, then crash reports will be generated - see this FAQ: Audition Crashed - Now what?

Follow the instructions and post the log to audbugs@adobe.com - and you might also like to post them in this thread. If it's obvious what is causing it, we may be able to tell from them.

Done that today let me pray for the best. It feels so bad when an expensive paid-for application from a huge company does not work. Feels real crappy

There is nothing for me to give you. The program/Application/software crashes before anything meaningful can be done. It crashes as you record.

Then crashes completely.
