Adobe Audition 2021 v.14.2 (problem about zoom with mouse wheel on multi track)

Brief: Ctrl + Mouse wheel zoom in Multi-track mode isn't properly working at some point.

Yes it's reproducible, and I can't see any reason for why it needs to be like that. I'll submit it as a bug referenced to this thread in the morning.
