Fairly comprehensive user guide here https://help.adobe.com/archive/en_US/audition/3/audition_3_help.pdf Otherwise Youtube has tons of video guides. I wouldn't have thought that there are any official video tutorials now so long after Adobe dropped support for AA3 though.
