Can anyone tell me why I can't play back a multi-track session though my x-air that I just recorded 14 tracks from?

-Thanks

Mark

I suspect that is more an XR18 routing question and how you have the returns from Audition set up. What are you wanting to hear back through the XR, all tracks separately on different channels on the XR or just the Main stereo mix out of Audition?

Hello, Actually I am looking to listen to all tracks from the song that was just recorded. but I get no output. Master is set to default out.

If I take Audition out of ASIO I cn hear it through windows speakers. But will not help sense what my goal is to be able to playback and record new tracks at the same time

Thanks,

Mark

But you need to check in Audition that the master not set to Default Out, since that is anything that Windows decides to use. You need to check that it is in fact sending to a couple of the XR's channels (usually 1 & 2 by default) and then route those via the XR USB Returns to a suitable pair of channels on the XR to listen to. there is a preset in X-Air app on the In/Out page USB Returns to send USB 1/2 to the Aux L/R pair for monitoring purposes.
