Adobe Audition CC, any ASIO output/playback?

Question

I have a Creative Blaster ZxR soundcard with ASIO support. I see in Audition you can do ASIO to record but I want to post-process audio with effects and then do a live stream of audio to another device with very, very low latency.

The problem is I have a fan running in the background so of course I'm using Adaptive Noise Reduction and a couple of other equalizer and dynamic processing effects to clean up the audio. It sounds great! But when I use MME for the device class, there is a noticeable delay when I output to a VAC (Virtual Audio Cable). Is there a way I can use something such as ASIO4All or VoiceMeeter to create additional ASIO virtual devices to stream to?

I noticed when I use the VoiceMeeter I have a few options which looks like it's additional device inputs I can output ASIO audio to.

VoiceMeeter is also incredibly confusing and I've had no solid luck with it. The options to clear background/fan noises is limited and there isn't much for equalization. I just need to pass audio through it. The CPU shouldn't be a problem, an i7 3770k overclocked to 4.4Ghz, so it's not a processing issue but the limit MME has for latency that slows it down.

Unfortunately Creative's ASIO drivers aren't known for being very reliable. Your PC is highly specified but some of the effects like Adaptive Noise Reduction take a lot of processing and may add latency to the audio signal flow. Depending on how bad the fan noise is (a decent directional mic used close to the mouth should minimise this) may be better dealt with with a noise gate or expander, which use much processing than something like noise reduction.

ASIO4All won't be much help since it uses the normal Windows MME drivers and converts them to ASIO. So latency will never be very low using it as method of mixing different digital audio streams. I know nothing about VoiceMeeter but it seems like the correct sort of tool for the project. So persevere with it and try and get some online assistance from other users or the manufacturers.
