Adobe Audition CC: Can't hear other tracks when recording

I currently have Adobe Audition CC.

When I try to record something (in multi track) with other tracks, like instrumentals, I can't hear the other tracks.

But, if I start playing the tracks first and then hit record, I can record and hear the other tracks.

Is there a way that when I hit record, I can record and hear the other tracks at the same time? Thanks.
