Adobe Audition cc quit unexpectedly when I enable remix

I used remix option to change the duration of an audio file all the time but after I updated to 2019, it crashes every single time whenever I click enable remix and I cant use it anymore Any help? Is there any other way I can change the duration time or fix enable remix option?

The first thing you should do is what it says in this thread:

Audition Crashed. Now what?

Without that, nobody will have the slightest idea of what's caused this.

Also interesting to hear from anybody else who has experienced the same behaviour........?
