Adobe Audition crashing when importing particular Adobe Premiere file

I'm not having trouble with all pproj files, but just one particular file. It opens fine in Premiere. I've moved a copy of it into a different folder just to make sure it's not a location issue. I have tried all methods of opening the file. It always stalls at 49% and then crashes the program.

Any troubleshooting tips?

Which is fine, but the problem is less the crashing and more the not being able to open that one file in Audition. I have no trouble getting my Adobe Audition session back up and running, but every single time the Premiere file can not open in it.

The whole point of generating the crash report is that it will tell us why that file isn't opening correctly. Since you've given us no other details whatsoever, what else can we suggest? We don't even know if this is on a Mac or a PC...
