Adobe Audition Installation

Hi I just bought adobe audition and I have a mac book pro. A message pops up that says I cant download the software on my computer. I had a friend do the same thing with the same computer and his worked. How can I get the software to work on my computer? Thanks

I think that the first thing you need to do is make sure that the CC app is up to date; this can cause all sorts of installation issues. If it is, then provide a screen-grab of the error message, although I have to say that you may need to contact Adobe directly to rectify this...
