Adobe Podcast Enhance Speech A.I. Not Working

It works fine with Firefox - I just tried it. What is worth noting though is that there are distinct limits on what you can do with it - you should check out the Features page to see what these are. I believe that they've tripped up a few people...

This happened to me. I was using Safari and it would only download the first two minutes. I tried it on Chrome and it worked first time.

I experienced the same issue everyone has reported regarding the enhancement process taking forever and never delivering the enhanced audio file. At that time I was using Mozilla Firefox, which was the browser I had been using previously to enhance audio files. I decided to use Google Chrome instead and was able to have the audio files enhanced. I don't know why suddenly Firefox was no longer allowing me to use the Adobe Enhance Speech tool, but it appears that, for the time being, it is browser-specific. If you're running into similar issues, I recommend using a different browser, i.e. Google Chrome.

Hm, now it's Monday and unfortunately it still doesn't work. Can someone try it out, please. I would like to know if it's me or the server.

I don't use it. But it has been reported here by several people - almost always at weekends - that it has failed, and this is almost certainly server overload. Also it gets updated; it now has a new user limit on it that it didn't have when it was launched (3 hrs max daily).

It's been like this for 3 days now and I tried it at different times. I've been using the program for a while and never had such problems. No file is being edited.

It's the weekend. It gets overloaded at times - you just have to try again later.
