Adobe Says My Serial Number is Invalid

Hi there,

I'm trying to register my Adobe Audition CS6 product, but whenever I enter the serial number, it says that it is invalid.  I cannot seem to get in contact with any support member and I need this for my work.

Please help me!

Unfortunately we can't really help you here as we are a User to User forum. Adobe's customer support are the only people who have access to your account details and would be able to help you with this. However if you log into your Adobe account on the Creative Cloud you should be able to check your serial number following the instructions 'Lost your Serial Number' here Find your serial number. There are also contact details on that page.
