No, I'm afraid not. This is the sort of functionality that you might find in music creation software, but Audition isn't really that - it's an editor primarily. There is supposed to be at least one VST that is supposed to do this, but the only report of it I've read says that it doesn't work properly. One way that you can work it out though is to use the metronome. If you adjust it to the tempo of your track, you'll then know the answer. But because there is no proper beat detection, you have to do this manually.
