Anomaly with at least one keyboard shortcut in AA 14.0.1.43

(So far, I haven't found any problem with any other shortcut, hence the thread title.)

I am quite used to the "Save as .." shortcut of Ctrl+Shift+S whilst working in both Waveform and Multitrack views.  The File menu lists the shortcut as that combination of keys, as does the Keyboard Shortcuts list.  Indeed clicking on Save as.. on the File menu produces the expected screen for entering the details of the file to be saved.

However, in this latest release of AA, in both Waveform and Multitrack, using that key combination produces this screen, which I have never seen before and have absolutely no idea to what it applies:

Anybody else seeing this, or is this something strange on my computer? 

If it is unique to me, any ideas on how to "correct" the problem?
