Any Way to Create a Playlist Audio File to Skip Forward in Tracks?

I have this really long podcast, that is made up of sections, section 1, 2, and 3. I have this edited as an MP3 file, for people to listen to. But I'd like to create some type of file that allows users to skip to the different sections in the podcast. Is there a way to do this in Audition through a single file? Or are my only options either creating separate audio tracks or a CD? Thing is I want users to be able to download it, so I don't think you could download a CD, maybe some type of playlist file?

Would appreciate any suggestions or help.

Unfortunately the .mp3 format doesn't allow you to do that. However I believe that track markers can be saved in AAC formatted audio to allow you to skip to different parts of a downloadable compressed audio file. However not all players can show them and make use of them.
