Hello!

Anyone Know how to fix this? I got a error for audition  telling me to save and then close audition. So i did that, but when i reopend my file the below occured, Audition clearly is showing something was recorded but the frequency view has nothing. When I play the section where there is nothing its silent until the section where the spectral view is showing. Any ideas on how i can restore?

The waveform you can see is the result of the .pkf file, not the wav file itself. The only bit of the actual file left is the spectral display part, which is generated when the file is opened (unlike the .pkf which is created upon saving). What this means basically is that your file doesn't exist - you can't restore anything from a .pkf file, which is only there to speed up file opening times on large files.

You'd be better off finding out what caused the crash... Audition crashed - now what?
