Arabic file names in Files Panel

Hello all!

Anybody know how to make Audition CC shows arabic file names clearly in Files panel? It shows them symbols.

This is the file original name:

And this how the Audition CC shows it:

But in Premiere Pro CC, it shows clearly:

I use Windows 8.1 as the operating system, anybody can help me with this?
